The Syracuse Jewish Cemetery Association was incorporated in the 1970’s to be responsible for the care and maintenance of the Jewish cemeteries in Syracuse, New York. The board is comprised by members of each of the member cemeteries.

Member cemeteries are: 
  • Workmen’s Circle Cemetery

Beth Sholom Cemetery, Shaarei Torah Cemetery, and Temple Concord Cemetery maintain their cemeteries within larger non-sectarian cemeteries and are not under the umbrella of the SJCA; however, the SJCA does have a wealth of information about each of these cemeteries and are pleased to assist with any inquiries.

Contributions to the SJCA are always welcomed and appreciated. The funds we receive go towards the restoration and repair of monuments within our member cemeteries to maintain the dignity and respect to those who came before us. To make a contribution, please mail your check to:
